Applicants must meet the following requirements:

 

• Graduated from a regionally accredited associate degree program or an accredited hospital based program.

 

• Licensure, certification or registry (or eligibility for licensure, certification or registry within one year of entry into program).

 

• GPA minimum 2.0/4.0 from previous health science program.

 

• Current work/life experience in a healthcare setting with a minimum of 8 hours per week (verification required).

 

• Two recommendation forms.
