Completed applications should be submitted to Lancaster General College, Office of Admissions, Baccalaureate Programs, 410 North Lime Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 along with a $60 non-refundable processing fee. The following documents must be submitted:
• Completed Application for Admission Baccalaureate Programs.
• Two Recommendation Forms from professor, employers, academic advisor or other.
• A secondary school transcript which bears the official school stamp or official GED transcript.
• Official post-secondary transcripts from all educational institutions attended.
• Copy of license or health science certification/registration. Students applying to the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program, who have not yet obtained certification/registration, are permitted to take general education courses, HSC 300 and HSC 302. Additional HSC courses will require permission of the academic advisor.
