The Registrar's Office is responsible for registration, transfer of credit, leave of absence, withdrawal, drop/add, official transcripts, issuance of diplomas, and related official functions of the College.
The Registrar is available 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday, or call 717-544-4912,0 to schedule an appointment. The Registrar's Office is located at 549 N Lime Street. Hours may vary during registration periods.
The easiest way to
make an appointment to register for classes with the Registrar is with
Genbook, our Appointment Scheduling system. Appointments for other reasons must be scheduled by calling 717-544-4912,0.

See Online Registration (PDF) for instructions on registering for courses online using Sonis. Only students who are currently enrolled in courses may register online. The Registrar determines registration eligibility and registration dates.

See Outside Course Request (PDF) if you wish to take a course at another institution for credit at LGC. Students who have begun taking courses at LGC are eligible to do so within the limits of our Academic Policies; follow the instructions on the form in order to obtain approval.

Use Transcript Request (PDF) to make requests for official transcripts. Requests for official transcripts must be received in writing by the Registrar's Office.
