The Operational Leadership Program is designed for individuals who have primary responsibility for the day to day operations of a department, unit, practice, long and short term strategic planning and direct supervision of others. Participants are recommended to this program by their Vice Presidents.
LG Executive level staff in partnership with educational institutions of higher learning will be facilitating the learning. Participants can anticipate that they will be actively engaged in the classroom, as well as at the small group and individual levels. Because the participants’ individual experiences are critical to the learning process, the composition of your group will represent a cross-section of our organization and leadership positions.
Timeframe for 2008-2009: four courses comprise the Operational Leader Program. Courses will consist of 3 full day sessions. The program will take 24-36 months to complete. Participants who register must ensure that they can attend every course date.
To register for any of these courses, login to Netlearning, choose "Enroll in Classes", choose the curriculum topic “Operational Leader”, then choose "Enroll" next to the class you want to take.
