The Center for Leadership, Management and Innovation, along with the Lancaster General Public Relations Department, present a new series: Voices of Leadership. Through an audio podcasting format, you can listen to our Executive Leaders and Board of Trustees and learn how they inspire, influence and achieve results. The learning outcomes for this series are two-fold:
Our interview series began in April 2008 with Tom Beeman, President and CEO of Lancaster General. The series continues with Dr. Lee "Monty" Duke, Senior VP and Chief Physician Executive. Subsequent interviews will be posted on a quarterly basis.

What is a Podcast and How Can I Listen To It?
A podcast is simply a way to receive and listen to audio files over the Internet. Most any computer will already have the software installed to listen to these files (software such as Windows Media Player or iTunes). In most cases, you will only need to click on the link to hear the podcast and download the MP3 file to your computer. Once you have the file on your computer, you can then load it onto your MP3 player and take it with you.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot listen to the podcasts, consider downloading and installing
Windows Media Player or another favorite MP3 player. If you have Windows Media Player, but the MP3 will not play, you probably need the "MP3 codec" installed for Windows Media Player. This is a PC-specific issue. For LG computers, the issue can only be addressed by the IS PC Tech group, and so you will need to report the issue using the IS Request Form on the Intranet (consider "Need MP3 codec installed in Windows Media Player to listen to Leadership podcast" as the message). For home computers, address the issue to a local computer support company, or install the codec yourself.
