The Management in a Box online resource was developed in response to the requests of Lancaster General managers and leaders who wanted to provide customized training on an as-needed basis for their staff. Four topics are available, with links further down this page:

Benefits of Management in a Box

These modules enable you to:

Deliver the training at your choice of locations.
Deliver the training at your choice of time (meeting the needs of all shifts).
Deliver the training as many times as necessary to members of your unit.
Customize the training to meet your schedule – modules can be broken into sections and delivered over a period of time; select sections of modules can be used as stand-alone training.

Components of the Modules

The components of each module provide the facilitator with all the necessary instructions, information and materials to conduct a training session. Each Leadership in a Box module has four components:
