- The Ask & Learn series provides an opportunity for leaders to understand how the LG organization is structured and to discuss the critical success factors necessary for implementation of the LG strategic plan. The goal of this series is to provide information through facilitated discussions and networking with peers.

Colloquium Series is targeted to all leaders in the LG system. Each colloquium will be an informal meeting for leaders to share knowledge and expertise around building of competencies within the management function. Topics include: Handling Difficult People, Problem Solving Methods, Conflict Management, Time Management and Team Building.

Management in a Box online resource was developed in response to the requests of Lancaster General managers and leaders who wanted to provide customized training on an as-needed basis for their staff. Four topics are available, including: Managing Conflict; Foundations of Communication; Change; and Dealing With Difficult People.
