Over the past decade, the Division of Corporate Education has provided high quality orientation to patient care for hundreds of nurses, patient care assistants and unit clerks.

Changing priorities in healthcare policy, financial reimbursement and the call for patient-centered evidenced-based care are creating new imperatives for interprofessional teamwork.  In order to effectively meet these challenges, we offer a well coordinated orientation experience that includes the entire care team with a goal of fostering effective communication and better patient outcomes.

For additional information about any of our offerings, please contact Shelley Vitale, Coordinator for Orientation Services at srvitale@lancastergeneralcollege.edu.
