Target Audience: Anyone interested in generational diversity issues.
Topics
Attendees will participate in a variety of activities throughout the day designed to explore issues of generational diversity in the workplace. Our goals are to help participants:

Better understand their individual generational identities

Become more aware of how generational biases and assumptions may affect the way we treat others.

Better understand characteristics of all generational cohorts

Understand how generational issues impact professional relationships in the workplace

Understand how generational issues impact patient care and customer service

Develop effective communication strategies to address tensions surrounding generational differences

James Page, Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion, Lancaster General Hospital

Aimee Misako Gabel is an Organization Development consultant working with the Rose Company, LLC. She has ten years of experience working on issues of leadership, training, diversity, marketing, board development, team building, and organizational strategy. Previously, Aimee served as the manager of the Training and Conference division at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association. She holds an MSOD from American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
