Target Audience: The registered professional nurse working in an OR setting with the perioperative patient population. Certification application requires 2 years and 2400 hours of perioperative nursing practice. Course does not include taking certification examination.
CEUs: An application has been submitted to the Pennsylvania State Nurse's Association for Contact Hours.

Mary Kobel Lamonte, RN, BSN, MPH, CRCST, CNOR has 31 years of nursing experience which includes Med-Surg, CCU, ER & OR. For the past 24 years she has been in the perioperative setting as a staff nurse and clinical instructor. She has served as Vice President & Program Committee Chairperson of the New York City chapter of AORN, as a member of AORN’s national Continuing Education Approval Committee, and as an AORN Journal Reviewer. Mary has been presenting CNOR Prep courses for 13 years.
