The Clinical Simulation Laboratory will be used by several departments within the College and the community so it is important to pre-plan your usage and to schedule the equipment and room in advance. Lab spaces can be reserved for use by completing the online CSL Reservation Form (see below). Sign-up will be available on a per-semester basis and early reservations are strongly recommended.

Note that Classrooms 010 and 011 (as opposed to the Clinical Simulation Lab itself) are scheduled like normal classrooms by the secretarial staff in the College Office (see link on the left side of this page). The normal room reservation process is documented in Microsoft Outlook using Public Folders > All Public Folders > College Rooms. Unlike the rest of the College rooms, the Clinical Simulation Laboratory can NOT be reserved through the College’s normal room reservation system.

To reserve a Clinical Simulation Lab time, please complete the information on the online CSL Reservation Form (also below) and click the SUBMIT button. Once a request has been received and processed, notification will be sent via email to the requesting faculty's account within two work days. Note that pre-planning dates and times with the Clinical Simulation Coordinator will be included in the email notification.

CSL Calendar. If you are faculty or staff at the College, you can view the calendar of usage for the CSL by looking in Outlook under College Rooms.

The online CSL Reservation Form is not yet available. In the interim, send your request via email to the Clinical Simulation Coordinator, Joe Corvino, jacorvin@lancastergeneralcollege.edu.
