Applicants are reviewed on a regular basis and advised of their status by letter. Class assignments are based on seat availability. Applicants may be accepted to the program and take general education courses prior to class placement. Upon acceptance to the College, applicants must submit a non-refundable enrollment fee by the date stated in the enrollment form.
Prior to starting HSC 302: Introduction to Capstone students must complete the following:
• Criminal history information check, child abuse history clearance report, and an FBI Clearance must be issued less than 6 months before beginning the course. The applicant is responsible for submitting the forms with the required processing fees. The reports will be kept

in a confidential file to meet regulatory requirements.
• Successful passing of a drug screening test.
• Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) healthcare provider course offered by the American Heart Association.
• History and physical examination, laboratory tests and immunizations.
• Students entering the program via letter of intent do not need to obtain these clearances again prior to HSC302
